Zhengguang¡¯s FR ball screw gate valve is used to big bore,high pressure manual valves. It is easy to operate,with low operate torque caused by its balance bar at the tail and special ball principle. It is available in sizes between 3-1/16¡± and 9¡± and pressure from 10000psi to 20000psi.

2¡¢Metal-to-metal sealing(gate-to-seat,seat-to-body,bonnet-to-body).
3¡¢Simple and dependable gate and seat design which can reduce on-site service and keep the smallest parts storage.
4¡¢Sealing ring between seat and body can help to seal under low pressure and prevent particulate pollutant into body cavity and sealing area.
5¡¢The stem sealing design includes all pressure level,temperature range and all flow conditions exist in the wellhead and manifold environments.
6¡¢Stem with inverted sealing structure allow gate to instead of stem to seal under pressure drive.
7¡¢Grease valve can be installed at the back of stem inverted sealing structure on the bonnet to eliminate valve body leakage and make sure safety. |
