Can be used for well head Chris***s tree,manifold,station pipeline.It includes gate valve,actuator,guide valve,quick one-way valve and stop valve. Automatically cut-off the pipe when pip pressure is abnormal, also named fault shutdown valve. It used to protect pipes and devices installed at the down stream of valve,to stop the accident expansion caused by pipe breaking and blocking.It is driven by pipe pressure, and no need others power source,has low dependence on auxiliary equipment.

1、Has high integration level by modular design.Easy to install,maintain and operate.
2、sensor system use 316 stainless steel,good erosion resistance,long service life.
3、Metal-to-metal seal for control pipe connection.
4、High/low pressure cut-off pressure is adjustable,guide valve has pressure indication device,adjustable by actually pressure requirement.
5、High precision of pressure set,it can reach to 3%; valve sealed by using non-rubber seal.
6、Actuator use supper high pressure design,can bear 15000psi at most. |
